How a booking is checked
Before confirmation, the team reviews the arrival and departure plan, realistic road sequence, vehicle capacity, hotel category and separately payable services. Availability, named hotels, payment schedule and cancellation conditions are supplied in writing for the specific enquiry.
What we do not promise
Wildlife sightings, weather, traffic, festival access and third-party operating schedules cannot be guaranteed. When a route or experience depends on these conditions, we explain the limitation and reconfirm the available service rather than presenting it as certain.
